Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DnB Allstars. If for any reason you are not, our return and refund policy is outlined below to assist you.
1. Timeframe for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Pre-order items
- Worn or used items
- Items with tags removed
- Jewelry
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or faulty item caused by DnB Allstars, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
We do allow exchanges, but the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm if the exchange is acceptable and proceed with the replacement if approved.
6. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused
- In the original packaging
- With tags still attached
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
8. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at store@dnballstars.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
