We ship Worldwide.
Please note, if you choose a non-tracked delivery option we are unable to update you on your order once it has left the warehouse or claim for any packages lost within the postal service. In this instance, we are unable to refund you or reissue your order. When the tracking option has been selected, these details will be provided to you at the point of shipping. In the case that your order hasn't arrived or there are any issues with the product, you must contact the team within 60 days.
Here is a rough guide (but not guaranteed) to how long your order should take to arrive:
UK: 1-4 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA / Canada: 7-14 working days
Rest of World (ROW): 7-20 working days, depending on location.
Efficiency does vary between different countries’ postal services. International customs can also hold up a package and in these cases it is unfortunately out of our control.
Returns
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the confirmed delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds are only available for items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at store@dnballstars.com with your order details. We will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is not due to a fault on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Fault of Ours: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank or credit card account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at store@dnballstars.com.
Returns for Incorrect Sizes
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our size guide before making a purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us for advice at store@dnballstars.com.
Jewellery Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for jewellery purchases. Please ensure you are fully confident before placing an order.
Cancellations
To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at store@dnballstars.com with your order details. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our returns process once you receive the item. Please note that any custom or special orders cannot be canceled once placed.
